本研究目的在於瞭解大學生參與運動志工之參與動機、不同工作內容的參與意願與服務影響因素、比較不同背景變項在運動志工參與的差異情形,並瞭解大學生參與運動志工之參與動機、不同工作內容的參與意願與服務影響因素之關係。研究對象為台灣地區515位大學一年級至四年級學生,並以「大學生對參與運動志工之意願調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據調查所得資料,以描述性統計方法、信度分析、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、及典型相關分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果主要發現如下: 一、 大學生在參與運動志工之動機依序為「自我成長」、「服務他人」、「求知識與技巧」、「人際因素」,「回饋社會」。 二、 大學生在運動志工的工作參與意願接近於願意的程度,參與意願依序為「技能指導服務」、「其他專業服務」、「活動推廣服務」、「非專業服務」、「行政庶務服務」。 三、 參與運志工服務影響因素中,受試者最重視「個人配合度」、其次為「活動特性」,「福利因素」則為最不重視之構面。 四、 本研究以十個不同背景變項,與運動志工參與動機、參與意願及與服務影響三大類別進行差異考驗,其研究結果發現除了性別無顯著差異外,其他背景變項在大學生運動志工參與動機、運動志工工作內容參與意願及與服務影響確實達到顯著差異。 五、 大學生參與運動志工動機與服務影響因素對其參與意願之確有典型相關關係存在,藉由參與動機與服務影響因素的所有構面(自我成長、服務他人、求知識與技巧、人際因素、回饋社會、福利因素、個人配合度、活動特性)透過第一個典型因素影響參與意願的所有構面(技能指導服務、其他專業服務、活動推廣服務、非專業服務、行政庶務服務)。
This study was designed to search the factors about the motivation, the willing and the influence factors of college students in Taiwan participating in voluntary sport activities. The questionnaire “ The willing of college students participating in voluntary sport.” was used as research survey instrument. There aspects were examined using a 5-point Likert scale. The three aspects were motivation, influence factor and willing. The final return rate is 515 subjects of 92% According to the data collected from the survey, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis was used to accomplish data analysis. The study found that sport volunteer motivations of college students could be grouped into five factors. Most of their motivations are above average. The strongest motivation was “Self-enrichment.” The following were “Serving for others”, ”Pursuing knowledge and skills”, ”Social interaction” and the weakest was “feedback for the society.” The participating willing of the subjects was approximately “glad to.” The strongest willing was “Skill instruction”. The following was “Other professional service”, “Activities promotion”, “Non-professional service.” The last was “Administration Service.” Among the influence factors of work participating willing of college sport volunteer, the subjects place most importance on “Individual availability”. The second was “Characteristic of activities”. “Benefit of activities” is the least important. This research included ten different demographical varieties, including “School type”, “School style”, “Major”, “Gender”, “Grade”, “Sport club”, “Sport varsity”, ”Volunteer experience”, “Volunteer organism” and “Volunteer certificate”. The ten varieties, combined with three dimensions (“Motivation”, “Willing” and “Influence factor”), were processed by difference comparison. The study discoverd that besides gender, other varieties have significant difference. The study showed there exist canonical correlations between motivation, influence factor and willing.
