本研究由社區工作學習者的生命經驗及其社區學習歷程出發,在社區之旅與社區組織相遇過程中,所引發社區議題的討論;進而試圖探討進入社區從事實務可能的工作方式。因此,本研究研究問題為:一、社工學子從參與社區的歷程中看到了什麼社區議題?二、社工學子在參與社區的歷程中與社區組織的關係建立為何?對社工學子產生了什麼影響?三、社區組織中的社青會青年為什麼參與社區事務、活動?參與的社區議題及活動有哪些?及其動力為何?四、社青會對社區造成哪些社區意識的覺醒?以及產生了哪些充權的現象? 研究發現,社區工作學習者因為自己的生命經驗影響而選擇了進入社區實習,因為這樣的選擇而展開了一段社區之旅,在這段社區之旅中,學習者除了看到很多社區相關議題外,也開始回過頭來看社工教育中的社區工作,以及現實生活中的社區工作方法。尤其,在反思社區工作教育時,發現社區場域可能比一般個案工作、團體工作的場域較為複雜,也較為難以適應,因此需要學校及老師給予學生更多的彈性空間、學習機會及溝通管道,而學生在進入學習場域時也該有一定的準備及正確心態;此外,學校也該跟社區、社區在地自發性組織維持一定的友善關係,以利學生進入社區場域學習。 研究中亦發現,社區工作應為一非制式化工作方式,需要充滿人情味、情義相挺、彈性及走動式的工作方法,而社區中在地自發性的社區組織也是社區工作中不可或缺的一項利器,因此跟社區、社區組織建立良好關係為主要任務,而社工專業知能在建立一定關係後就會自然而然地適時出現及應用。
This study started from a community learner's life experience and community learning process to find out the way in which thing the community organizations have been managed and to find out the practical method to work in community. The research questions as follows: 1. How far community issues have been raise during the community learning process? 2. In what relations the community learner and organizations had been built under the process? 3. Why young people attended the Youth Association and what kinds of issues had been raised 4. What kinds of community solidarity has been raised by the Youth Association?And who have been empowered? This study also tried to discuss community social work. Comparing with casework, group work, community social work needs more practical learning opportunities flexible space and communication channels. Also, students needs more trainings, preparations and adopted what they think This study also found that building friendly relations with community is a better strategy to cooperation with it.
