都市代謝作用之空間分析與情境評估─以臺北都會區為例

摘要


而都市代謝指標是以國際標準化組織(International Organization for Standardization,簡稱ISO) 擬定的指標架構為基礎,分為物質流與能量流兩大討論架構面向。藉由回顧文獻得知,都市代謝多研究於物質或能量間流動的過程,及透過計算出之數值討論都市代謝效率與對資源之依賴程度,缺乏土地利用或以空間角度切入討論與研究都市代謝。又都市代謝中物質流(MFA)分析指標與能值(Emergy)指標各有其討論優缺點,故本研究(1)彙整都市代謝指標,建構結合物質流與系統優點之指標架構,並(2)使用地理資訊系統將都市代謝作用與土地作連結,以落入空間中討論都市代謝,(3)將都市代謝指標架構系統圖為基礎,透過情境模擬討論都市代謝指標間之影響,(4)最後對現行都市計畫體制提出可能改善都市代謝效率之建議。 本研究都市代謝架構系統圖分為都市物理流動(Urban Flow)、都市驅動力(Urban Driver)、都市格局(Urban pattern)、都市品質(Urban Quality)及回應(Response)等五個主要面向討論彼此影響,並透過ArcGIS將都市代謝指標以空間化方式呈現、利用空間統計(地理加權迴歸)進行回歸分析以驗證都市代謝架構面向間之關係及指標之情境模擬,表示土地利用型態與強度會受到人口與經濟影響,且影響輸入都市資源量之變化。本研究歸納的十個指標中,僅「平均每單位資源使用效率」為不適合與土地利用組成及強度討論。而建成地比例、開放空間比例、總樓地板面積、土地使用多樣性及緊湊性指數調整雖無法完全達到降低都市對資源依賴與消耗程度,使都市代謝效率提升。期以提供改善土地使用組成與強度之角度討論都市代謝的效率。

The urban metabolism based International Organization for Standardization (Called I.S.O) index prepared based architecture, matter and emergy flow into two discussion-oriented architecture. With that review of the literature, urban studies in multiple metabolic processes between substances or emergy flows, and discuss urban metabolic efficiency and reliance on the resources of the value calculated by the lack of land use or the angle of space to discuss and study city Metabolism .Urban metabolism and material flow (MFA) and the emergy value analysis indicators (Emergy) indicators have their advantages and disadvantages discussed, so this study (1) The Department of entire urban metabolism, the construction of indicators of material flow and system architecture combining the advantages of, and (2 ) to use geographic information system and land for urban metabolism linked to fall into space to discuss urban metabolism, (3) the urban metabolism based systems Pictured basis, to discuss the impact between the urban metabolism through simulation scenarios, (4) Finally suggestions may improve metabolic efficiency of the current metropolis urban planning system. In this study, the metabolic architecture of the city into the city system ofUrban Flow, Urban Driver, Urban Patterns, Urban Quality and Response, the five major discussion for each other influence, and through the city ArcGIS space of metabolic indicators presented in a way, the use of spatial statistics (GWR) regression analysis to verify the situation simulating urban architecture metabolic relationship between the face and indicators, the representation of land use patterns and intensity will be population and economic impact, and the impact of changes in the urban resource input. This study summarized the ten indicators, only "average efficiency of resource use per unit" is not suitable for use with the composition and intensity of land use discussions. And built to proportion, the proportion of open space, with a total floor area, land use and compact diversity index adjustment to reduce the city, although not completely dependent on the degree of depletion of resources, so that the city metabolic efficiency. Phase angle to provide better land use efficiency discuss the composition and strength of the urban metabolism.
