機會辨識、網絡關係與核心資源累積-以新創廠商為例

摘要


創業是發現、辨識、衡量及開發機會的過程,隨著科技日新月異,消費行為多元發展,資金市場自由化等因素,使廠商面臨的競爭環境與以前大不相同,產業環境也有重大改變,這些變化雖對廠商產生挑戰,卻也孕育許多創新機會。新事業的創立,不但可實現個人理想,更可以帶動競爭及創新,對於國家整體經濟發展、技術進步及促進就業有莫大的影響。本研究的目的為: 一、探討廠商發現、辨識與確認機會的過程。 二、探討廠商建立外部網絡關係與取得外部互補性資源的關係。 三、探討網絡資源如何變成企業核心資源並成為成長動能的基礎。 本研究選擇五年內的新創廠商為研究對象,並以廠商具有獨特性為依據,作為本研究的個案研究對象,並利用深度訪談的方式來進行分析個人背景如何影響機會辨識,進而影響網絡關係及外部互補性資源的取得,最後影響廠商成長動能。 由個案中發現,具有創業家精神的創業者,其個人背景所獲得的先前知識對於機會辨識有莫大的影響,而創業者的網絡關係更牽動著外部互補性資源的取得,尤其是透過強連結關係,可以最有效益的取得所需要資訊或外部互補性資源。創業者透過整合本身內部現有資源與外部互補性資源,累積為核心資源,成為企業成長的動能。

Entrepreneurship is a process of finding, identification, estimate, and development opportunities. With the advancement of technology, diversified development of consumer behavior, and liberalization of capital markets, the competitive environment that firms face is different from before, and the industry environment also has a significant change. Although these changes give a challenge to firms, they breed innovation. Creating a new business can not only achieve personal ideals, but promote competition and innovation. It makes a great impact on the country's overall economic development, technological progress, and the promotion of employment. The purposes of this study are: 1.To explore the process that firms find, identify, and confirm an opportunity. 2.To explore a relationship between t external network relationship built by firms and the acquisition of external complementary resources. 3.To explore how network relationship becomes enterprises’ core resources and get into the basis of growth drivers. This study is aimed at new start-up firms that were established in five years. Because these new start-up firms have their own uniqueness, they are chosen as case study of this study. Through the in-depth interview, this study analyzes how personal background affects the opportunity identification, thereby influences the network relationship, and finally impacts on firms’ growth drivers. From this case study, prior knowledge obtained from people who have entrepreneurial spirit because of their personal background has a great impact on the opportunity identification. And entrepreneurs’ network relationship affects the acquisition of external complementary resources. Particularly through strong links, required information or external complementary resources can be gained effectively by entrepreneurs’ network relationship. It can accumulate core resources for entrepreneurs to integrate existing internal resources with external complementary resources, and become the growth drivers of enterprises.
