知識管理為學界及產業界最熱門探討的議題之一。面對消費者需求與消費型態的快速變遷,及資通訊科技應用的推陳出新,商業服務業者如何因應激烈的市場競爭與追尋商機,強調人性與生活結合的服務創新模式成為滿足顧客價值更關鍵的課題。 本研究以政府科專計畫(優化商業創新與網絡發展計畫)成功輔導應用案例之關鍵應用模組作為知識基礎,輔以學術文獻加上實務的驗證,以知識管理作為研究範圍,探索知識轉移、創造、蓄積、擴散’流通與移轉對企業競爭力及提升整體產業服務價值與能力,協助台灣產業者朝高附加價值與高產值方向轉型。 研究結果發現,計畫輔導之優質服務營運模式發展易複製之關鍵應用模組,且經由實證案例驗證,確實能導引企業進行商業模式創新,以及評估導入性質不同的商業營運模式之參考。此研究之成果,可以提供此知識管理機制給予其他科專計畫仿效,將各計畫輔導之優質標竿服務模式也複製擴散至其他業者應用,達到普及與提升整體產業服務價值與能力的成效。
Knowledge Management is one of the most popular topics in both academia and industry. In the Face of a rapidly changing consumer behavior and industry, how to response competitive markets and pursue business opportunities and innovative service modes that emphasize humanity and life have become a critical issue for commerce service providers. This research is based on the successful case studies of the Industrial technology development program (The U-Commerce Innovation and Networks Development Plan) that implements innovative service mode(critical modules) combing academic literature and practical work experience. Knowledge management as the scope of the study, it is to explore the spread of knowledge creation, replicate the enterprise competitiveness and enhance the overall industry value that can assist Taiwanese enterprises to transform towards high added value and high value business models. The results show that through government case studies, it is proved that implementing critical modules is helpful for enterprises to duplicate the successful innovative commercial service models and provide guidance as well as assessments into different business models. Not only have the studies helped replications of benchmark to other uses by commerce service providers, it also provides the knowledge management mechanisms to other government projects which can popularize and enhance the value and capabilities of the effectiveness of the whole industry.
