本論文研製之針對綠屋頂的設置對建築物節能減碳之效益評估,首先廣泛蒐集國內外有關綠屋頂相關研究及實際建置之文獻,並比較國內外各綠建築評估工具的開發內容與推廣經驗;進一步對綠屋頂類型加以分類,以作為後續評估之基礎;進而建立綠屋頂效能評估指標,除考慮納入國內綠建築之九大指標外,尚有生態綠建材、生物多樣性、綠化量建築節能設計、屋頂隔熱等指標;由不同類型綠屋頂逐一評估在節能減碳之優缺點及適宜性,研究結果可供後續綠屋頂研究發展(research and development, R&D)之參考;亦可進一步促進辦公建築設計對於環境親和的營造與實踐;並提供給設計者、企業主、開發者一個可以信賴的指針與導引,以塑造良好之環保建築性能,以收綠屋頂在建築物節能減碳之效。
This study aims at the benefit analysis of energy conservation and carbon reduction for green roofs. First, a comprehensive literature collection was done. Second, the literature was reviewed as a basis of further evaluation by focusing on types of green roofs and promoted experiences of green buildings. Third, performance indicators of green roofs was established, including the nine indicators for green building, eco-green materials, biodiversity, energy conservation, and roof heat proof. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of energy conservation and carbon reduction for green roofs were outlined. This can be a good reference for further research and development of green roofs in the directions of guideline, practice, and performance.
