新配方漁船用油研發及引擎與實船實驗

摘要


由於甲種漁船油與陸地柴油有價差,因此目前有許多漁船燃料油會非法流用至陸地柴油車使用,但是卻會引起更多黑煙及其他汙染物的排放,並且會增加引擎噴油嘴的磨耗及縮短引擎使用壽限,為防範甲種漁船油流用問題,本文針對新配方漁船用油於陸用引擎與實船實驗中進行引擎試驗及實船試驗分析,以探討新配方漁船油的可行性。 油品配製符合現行甲種漁船油新配方甲種漁船用油兩支油品,於陸用引擎和漁船實驗的實船測試分析試驗油品對引擎黑煙排放等汙染物影響,在實測作業過程中,分析甲種漁船引擎分別對使用基礎柴油,引擎油耗、引擎輸出馬力量測、引擎的運轉情況、引擎啟動時間、引擎加速性能比較等等進行實船量測,以做為改用新配方漁船燃料油的基礎對照。 根據實驗結果新配方漁船用油兩支,使用於陸用引擎時會有啟動困難、加速遲緩、甚至爆震等高黏度低十六烷值柴油會產生的情形,長時間使用會導致陸用引擎機件損壞、維修費用提高。

In order to prevent the fishing diesel fuel was using to road car, that would make more smoke and emissions. The reformulated shipping diesel fuel was blended. The engine and boat were tested to evaluate the possibility of new fuels. The fuels were blended to meet fuel specification of shipping boat fuel. The engine performance and exhaust emission were tested on road engine and boat. At boat test, the engine fuel consumption, engine output, operation and running condition, engine starting time and engine acceleration performance were evaluated for base fuel and new reformulated shipping fuel. The experimental resulted that the reformulated shipping fuel would cause road engine with difficult start、acceleration delay and knocking . That would damage for engine at long term used and increase fix fee.
