有鑑於產業界升級過程中對設計領域的需求日漸增加,而並非所有產業都有與設計團隊合作的經驗,特別是中小企業在產業升級過中,產生許多設計服務的需求,但也在未建立合作經驗時,與設計公司討論中,往往不易聚焦。在此狀況下,設計公司如何有效運用策略及執行模式,將設計確實執行,以最適切的解決方法,達成產業目標,讓產業界增加信服力,在協調溝通及認知度上能夠達到共識,以供業者參考。 本研究透過實際參與經濟部工業局100年度中小企業即時技術輔導計畫-因應貿易自由化加強輔導型產業之共通性輔導計畫計畫案,計畫名稱為尋找視覺與嗅覺想像的時尚感-手工模香水瓶設計案,以實際參與中小企業者商品開發創作,透過文獻探討了解過去相關案例執行模式,整合出本案設計執行模式之問題點及可循方式,並以東方元素的應用,導入到香水瓶的設計策略當中。 本研究主要結論包括:(1)案例實際操作與學理之間的關係;(2)提出設計流程圖具體建議;(3)概念發展分析表應用對業主與設計者產生的效益;(4)創意思考模式對設計者案件執行的效率及正確性;(5)東方元素應用在時尚香水瓶之方式;(6)市場整合行銷對產業的幫助。
In tandem with industrial upgrading, the demands related to design have greatly increased. Not every industry has experienced cooperation with design teams; in particular, in the process of industrial upgrading of the Small/Middle Enterprises (SMEs), many design services are needed. Design concepts cannot be actually determined prior to entering into discussions with industries; determining how the design company can effectively apply related strategies and implement an appropriate model constitutes a significant issue. The design has to be carried out precisely, the problems have to be solved in a proper way and the industrial target has to be successfully achieved so that the credibility can be attained. A consensus has to be reached among such factors as coordination, communication and cognition for industries and design teams to achieve mutual satisfaction by attaining their desired results. This study aims to understand the relevant implementation models by collecting data from the related literature, and integrating the possible problems which occurred, followed by implementing the solutions. By applying the Oriental Factors, related design strategies are used in designing perfume bottles. The objects of this case study are the participants of the SBIR Phase 0 Program in 2011 held by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs. It is a common guidance project for strengthening the responses to the challenges presented by Trade Liberalization. The name of the project is “Looking for Visual and Scented Fashion Style: The design of perfume bottles”. The created commodities were also taken as examples for this study. The conclusions include: (1) the relationship between practical operation and academic theory; (2) provision of an actual design flowchart; (3) influence of concept development analysis on effects experienced by enterprisers and designers; (4) impact of creative thinking model on the designers’ implementation efficiency and accuracy; (5) application of the Oriental Factors to fashionable perfume bottles, and (6) enhancing industries’ sales and marketing integration.
