在ISO13407的基礎下以AHP探討前置設計流程關鍵步驟之研究-以石材加工產業為例

摘要


石材加工產業雖屬於傳統製造業,但其中不乏涉及許多設計與創新概念,然而業界對於前置設計流程的部份多半沒有一定的標準流程程序,與消費者互動的多寡因業者流程程序而異,使得消費者心理模型與設計師的概念模型無法連接,以致工程結束時與消費者期望有落差而引起爭執糾紛。石材加工產業是台灣的傳統產業,隨著時代的進步、施工技術的新穎,企業內部管理層面也必須重視。 而本研究將利用創新設計的概念運用於石材加工產業的前置設計流程中,為了能以客觀且整體性的考量來評估,本研究首先調查同質性業者前置設計流程並利用ISO13407予以整合,再藉由資深業者來評選以ISO13407整合的前置設計流程之適用性,最後利用層級分析法(AHP)找出影響消費者心中期望的關鍵步驟。 經本研究結果得知,前置設計流程容易導致與消費者期望落差的關鍵流程重要性依序為「需求」、「設計」、「規劃」、「評估」、「使用的連接」,而在整體流程下的步驟重要性依序為「使用情境」、「使用者成本利益分析」、「可用性規劃與範圍」、「可用性成本效益分析」、「軟體雛型」、「評估認知工作量」。 未來業者與消費者互動規劃前置設計流程時,可針對本研究所建立以人為中心設計的前置設計流程並針對整體權重的關鍵流程部份多加重視,瞭解、符合消費者期望、達到雙贏局面。

Although stone processing industry belongs to traditional manufacturing, there are plenty of design and innovation ideas within. However, there is no standard operation procedure regarding most of the pre-design process in this industry. The level of interaction between consumer and vendor differs with the procedure and process, which leads to no connection between the conceptual model of consumer and designer, and argument may arise due to the expectation gap upon the completion of engineering project. Since stone processing industry is a traditional manufacturing in Taiwan, as the times progress and the engineering technology advances, the internal management of enterprise shall be highly concerned. This study introduced an innovated design concept in the pre-design procedure of stone processing industry. In order to evaluate in an objective and integral way, we firstly investigated the pre-design procedure utilized in the vendors of same categorization and integrated with ISO13407. Second, the adaptability of pre-design process using ISO13407 for integration was evaluated by experienced vendors. At last, we came out the key step which affects consumer’s expectation by means of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The result of this study revealed that the key processes in pre-design procedure which lead to consumer’s expectation gap are Requirement, Design, Planning, Evaluation and Context of use, ranking in the importance degree, while for the steps under the overall procedure are Scenarios of use, User cost-benefit analysis, Usability planning and scoping, Usability cost benefit analysis, Software prototyping and Assessing cognitive workload. In the future, when the vendor interacts with customer for planning the pre-design procedure, the procedure established in this research which centers on human shall be considered more as well as the key process focusing on the overall weight and to understand and to comply the customer’s expectation for achieving a win-win situation.
