摘要


本研究透過諸多研究結果之探討,並整合各式學者之研究意見與模式,以協助企業成功推動企業資源規劃(enterprise resource planning, ERP)。而為探討企業如何成功導入ERP系統,本研究利用文獻探討,彙整諸多學者之ERP導入關鍵成功因素與程序,並基於PDCA循環,以提供企業一完整之ERP導入地圖。接著,透過質性研究方法,本研究建立了ERP導入地圖之多層次架構,並透過階層分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)來計算各個構面、分類、項目之權重。 本研究之研究結果,可從學術與實務的角度,說明企業在導入ERP時,應注意哪些因素。在實務方面,其能增加企業導入ERP時,對各個程序之了解與掌握。此外,其能提升企業策略性應用ERP之效率,甚而掌握ERP所能產生之效益。

This thesis presents an investigation of how can we successfully implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), verified many evidences, found in diversified research achievements expressed with different forms such as opinion, methodology, and model offered by many scholars. The purpose of this research was investigating key factors and necessary process for the successful implementation of ERP induced from literature review, and based on the PDCA processes provides the implementation map of ERP successfully through the qualitative analysis technique to establish a hierarchical structure of the implementation map of ERP and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of quantitative methodology analysis to calculate weight scale of each dimensions, categories, items for the implementation map of ERP. The results derived from questionnaire were forwarded to analysis in reliability and validity statistically. In general, the findings demonstrate that the results influence ERP implementation and thus should be taken into consideration in future research and practice. The research findings may be useful for increasing their understanding of the concerns related to the implementation of ERP. In particular, that developed the implementation map’s need to improve their strategic planning of ERP implementation. Furthermore, the findings indicate that developed implementation map should emphasize a thorough implementation progress analysis and increase their attention to outcome implementation of ERP.
