雲林縣國小轉型優質評鑑指標評定重要性與實際達成之差異性研究

摘要


本研究目的在於探討國小教師以雲林縣轉型優質評鑑指標評定其重要性與實際達成之差異性。為達研究目的,依據雲林縣轉型優質評鑑指標設計分析問卷,樣本取自雲林縣的23所國民小學,共280人進行問卷調查,藉由因素分析、t檢定與迴歸分析,分析國小教師以轉型優質評鑑指標評定其重要性與實際達成之差異性情形。研究結果發現,國小教師在班級經營效能、學校本位課程、學習型學校、師生精進成長及創意體驗學習五個因素,評定其重要性方面皆顯著高於實際達成成果,唯在學校特色經營中的學校各項資源能對社區開放及提供服務,及師生精進成長的假期能規劃各種學習活動與體驗活動,延續學生學習精神與成果,評定其重要性與實際達成方面並無顯著的差異。因此,在管理意涵為以下三點:(1)針對國小教師認知差距較高的指標,利用機會做改善,縮減重要性與實際達成之缺口。(2)創意體驗學習相對其他指標是被忽略的,應重新給予重視。(3)國小教師認同學校特色經營是影響學校教育品質的最關鍵因素,並且針對本研究結論提供教育管理者之建議。

This study explored the agreement differences on the importance and accomplishment of elementary school faculties about the evaluation indicators for the program of high-quality transformation in Yunlin County. This study designed the questionnaire based on the evaluation indicators for the program of high-quality transformation in Yunlin County. The sampling of this survey was from 23 elementary schools in Yunlin County, containing 280 faculties at elementary schools. Utilizing factor analysis, t-test, and regression analysis, this study tested the 6 hypotheses. The results indicated that significant higher importance than accomplishment for this five factors as elementary school faculties on the efficiency management of class, the curriculum of school-based, learning school, the growing sophistication of teachers and students, the learning of innovation experiences. Two insignificant differences are the school resources could open and give service to community in the management of specialist school, and plan variety of experiences and learning activities in holiday to extend the spirit and achievements of student in the growing sophistication of teachers and students. Therefore, the management implications of this study were as follows. To reduce the cognitive differences of the importance and the accomplishment from the elementary school faculties by chance. Relatively, the learning of innovation experiences should be paid more attention again. The elementary school faculties agree that the specialist school management have the most important influence to education quality. The results of the study can be a suggestion for the education managers.
