雲林縣幼兒園教師對全國幼兒園幼生管理系統之使用現況分析

摘要


本研究是以Davis et al.(1989)所提出之科技接受模式理論與DeLone & McLean(1992)提出之資訊成功模式理論為研究基礎,建構出本研究之架構,並且以問卷調查法進行研究,探討雲林縣幼兒園教師對於全國幼兒園幼生管理系統之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質與使用意願之現況與相關情形,並進行不同背景之教師對全國幼兒園幼生管理系統之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質之差異分析。 本研究總計發出183份問卷,回收之有效問卷151份,回收率82.51%,問卷所蒐集之資料使用統計分析軟體SPSS 20 for windows進行資料分析與假設檢定。主要的研究發現如下: 一、雲林縣幼教教師普遍認同幼生管理系統,並願意繼續使用。 二、不同學歷、教學年資在幼生管理系統的知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質上沒有顯著差異存在。 三、不同性別、年齡、擔任職務、使用幼生管理系統經歷、幼兒園屬性、幼兒園幼兒人數在幼生管理系統的知覺有用性、知覺易用性、系統品質、資訊品質上有顯著差異存在。 四、雲林縣幼教教師的知覺有用性與知覺易用性會影響本身使用幼生管理系統的使用意願,與科技接受理論相符。 五、雲林縣幼教教師的系統品質與資訊品質會影響本身使用幼生管理系統的使用意願,與資訊系統成功模式理論相符。 六、知覺有用性與知覺易用性表現出顯著中度正相關。 七、系統品質與資訊品質表現出顯著中度正相關。

The research framework of this study is based on Technology Acceptance Model of Davis et al. (1989) and Information Systems Success Model of DeLone & McLean (1992). The method of questionnaire survey was used to explore the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality and intention to use for kindergarteners in Yunlin County towards the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System, and to understand the difference among kindergarteners of different backgrounds. 183 questionnaires were issued for this study, and 151 were valid. The rate of recovery was 82.51%. SPSS 20 for Windows was used to analyze the data and to examine the hypothesis. The main findings are as follows: 1.Kindergarteners in Yunlin County generally agree with Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System and are willing to keep using it. 2.There is no significant difference in the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality and information quality towards the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System for kindergarteners with different backgrounds, such as educational background and.years of teaching. 3.There is major significant difference in the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality and information quality towards the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System for kindergarteners with different backgrounds, such as gender, age, occupational position, kindergarten size, kindergarten property and the different using experience of the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System. 4.The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use for kindergarteners in Yunlin County towards the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System has influence on their intention to use. This result conforms to Technology Acceptance Model. 5.The system quality and information quality for kindergarteners in Yunlin County towards the Preschoolers and Kindergarteners Management System has influence on their intention to use. This result conforms to Information Systems Success Model. 6.It shows above-average positive correlation between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 7.It shows above-average positive correlation between system quality and information quality.
