一般傳統的 CNC 循軌量測系統均只有針對動態誤差部份進行檢 測,對於實際切削負荷下的性能測試卻鮮少為之。有鑒於此,吾人遂 於本文中開發一套新型的循軌檢測設備,此設備係以 「COUNTISURE」循軌量測系統為基本架構,依照需求進行修改, 而完成這一套非接觸式的切削中即時量測系統 (IICTS)。本系統的不 確定度可達 5μm,其功能包含了非切削性質的動態性能誤差量測以及 在切削過程中即時量測加工時的各項性能誤差,是一套完整的工具機 動態誤差撿測設備。
The traditional contouring testing system cannot be used to test the performance of CNC machine tools under cutting test. Thus, a non-contact in-processing cutting test system (IICTS) is first proposed for the performance test of a CNC machine tool in actual cutting process. With the special design, the traditional 「COUNTISURE」 system is modified then it can be used in the cutting process. Thus, the modified system can provide more in-processing data to study the cutting behavior. Its uncertainty can be up to 5μm. The functions of modified IICTS include the tests in dynamic performance of CNC machine tools for non-cutting operation and the cutting process effects of the in-Processing contouring system are finished. The modified IICTS is valuable device in the determinate of the dynamic performance of CNC machine tools.
