PC-BASED工具磨床再研磨自動化程式開發

摘要


本文開發完成自動且智慧化的PC-Based工具磨床做再研磨加工,便可大幅改善依靠技術人員的技術能力之狀態,使再研磨刀具變得很簡單。本文是將鼎維公司生產的一般手動工具磨床CM2,加上PC-Based控制器後,將再研磨的技術Know-How,轉換成程式,放在PC-Based控制器內。使用探針自動定位,開發成自動且智慧化的工具磨床。

The main focus of the paper was on the PC-Based controller set up on the CM2 tool grinder produced by the Work-Top Corp in Taiwan. The relative cutting parameters with Know-How are also transferred to an useful program and developed in the machine. Using probe to orientated cutter. It makes the machine run automatic with AI.
