使用石墨薄片提升熱沉之散熱性能

摘要


本研究針對散熱器做熱傳性能分析,並且結合風洞實驗,探討石墨薄片對散熱器的影響。步驟分為兩階段。第一階段,繪製散熱器3D模型,並導入軟體COMSOL Multiphysics 4.2a進行數值模擬,探討不同材質與角度變化下的散熱效率。第二階段,散熱器結合風洞實驗,進而實際量測,並與數值模擬結果相互比較,探討增加石墨薄片,對於提升散熱效能的影響。

In this paper, an analysis of thermal performance is carried out for heat sinks with a graphite sheet. At first, an numerical simulation is performed by using the commercial code COMSOL Multiphysics 4.2a to explore the effects of material property on the heat transfer behavior of the heat sink. Then an experiment is performed to measure the thermal performance of the heat sink. After this, the results of experimental measurements are compared to those of the simulation ones. It can be summarized that the addition of a graphite sheet has the effect to enhance the thermal performance of the heat sink.
