產品出貨到客戶手上之前最重要的最後測試一直都是記憶體模組廠所需要的動作。也因為龐大的數量需要測試完畢後才能出廠,因此如何有效率的提升測試效率一直都是受到關注的問題。 本研究的目的是在探討測試人員配置的問題,並利用系統模擬的方法,針對現有的測試機台數量及單日工作量來模擬安排測試人力。本研究以一記憶體模組廠之單日工作量作為模擬之對象,首先將測試機台依照不同的所需測試時間及品牌區分為七個工作區域,並利用Flexsim模擬軟體來建構所需要的模擬模型。模擬結果顯示,本研究所探討的一日工作量經過模擬後最佳配置人員數為一班12人,一日三班總共需求人數為36人即可在一日可工作時間內完成所有工作。
The final test is always the most important actions needed for DARM module factory before products shipped to the customer's hands. Because of the huge number of required testing completed to the factory, so how to efficiently enhance testing efficiency has always been a concern problem. This study aims to discuss the allocation of testing personnel and to simulate the arrangement of testing personnel with system simulation, aiming at the number of present testing machines and the one-day workload. Having a DRAM module manufacturer as the research subject, the one-day workload is studied. The testing machines are first divided into seven work areas according to the testing time and the brand. Flexsim simulation software is then utilized to construct the necessary simulation model. The simulation results show that the optimal human resource allocation for one-day workload is twelve people in a working system. For three-shift working system, total thirty-six people are required to complete the one-day workload within the working hours.
