本研究旨在瞭解國小學生參與休閒運動所達到休閒的正面成效,故比較不同背景變項的國小學生參與休閒運動之休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益的差異,並且探討國小學生之休閒動機與涉入之間的關係,以及休閒動機與涉入對休閒效益之影響。本研究以雲林縣國小四、五、六年級學生為抽樣對象,共發放800份問卷,回收771份有效問卷,有效率96.4%。研究工具為自編之「休閒動機量表」、「休閒涉入量表」與「休閒效益量表」,均具有良好的信、效度。研究結果發現: 不同性別、年級、每週休閒運動次數、每次休閒運動時間、陪同之人以及是否參與學校運動校隊在休閒動機、休閒涉入與休閒效益上具有顯著差異。 國小學生之休閒動機與休閒涉入具有顯著的正相關。 國小學生之休閒動機可以有效預測休閒效益。以「社交性」的解釋力最高。 國小學生之休閒涉入可以有效預測休閒效益。以「自我表現」的解釋力最高。 國小學生之休閒動機、休閒涉入能有效預測休閒效益,因此建議國小學生積極參與休閒運動,鼓勵培養對運動的熱情,並持續涉入其中,如此將能擁有各種的休閒效益。 關鍵詞:休閒運動、休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益
The purpose of this study were to survey the positive effects of elementary school students participating in Recreational Sports, therefore we compared the demographical differences among students' Leisure Motivation (LM), Leisure Involvement (LI)and Leisure Benefits (LB); In addition, we have to explore the relationships between elementary school students' LM and LI, and the impact from LM and LI to LB. The elementary school student in Yunlin County for the sample object, 800 questionnaires were sent out, 771 valid questionnaires were collected and the effectiveness was 96.4%. The scales of LM, LI and LB were developed by the researcher with good validity and reliability. The results showed: 1. There were significant differences in LM, LI and LB among the variables of sex, year, the time of sport participating each week, the period of sport participating each time, companions and school sport team. 2. There were positive correlation between LM and LI of elementary school students. 3. The LM of elementary school students could predict LB; the "Sociability" explanation strength was the highest. 4. The LI of elementary school students could predict LB; the "Self-expression" explanation strength was the highest. The results showed that Leisure Motivation and Leisure Involvement could be used to predict the Leisure Benefits of elementary school students participating in Recreational Sports effectively .Therefore we suggest elementary school students to actively participate in Recreational Sports, encourage them to cultivate the enthusiasm of Recreational Sports and to involve continuing.
