生產線運用流程改善概念於半成品庫存之管理—以某台商公司為例

摘要


本研究探討以某台商公司內部的線材生產線問題,在管理線材半成品成效不佳,造成廠房線材半成品存放過多,或找不到所需線材半成品,進而使倉儲管理不當,造成生產成本增加,為改善此問題,本研究先探討某台商公司內部線材生產流程,是否有瑕疵,經本研究發現生產流程沒有一套規則而造成相關問題。 經本研究研究使用企業流程改善來解決其相關問題,本研究改善物料需求規劃的物料清單在流程改善的過程中導入無線射頻辨識來改善線材半成品物料的庫存管理。 本研究者利用企業流程改善來改善既有的流程,並結合無線射頻辨識與資料庫管理系統,進行半成品庫存管理;其結果顯示確實有效降低庫存半成品呆滯率以及生產成本。

This study is to investigate how to improve the utilization of the inventory of semi-manufactured goods in a Taiwanese company located in China. The poor performance in the inventory management of semi-finished wire will cause excessive storage of semi-manufactured goods with poor utilization so that the storage of mismanagement incurs high inventory costs. In order to improve this problem, the major tasks of this study are to find the possible flaws of the manufacturing processes and then improve them. Finally, a information system has been built to improve the utilization of the inventory semi-finished so as to decrease the cost of inventory. The business process improvement has been applied in this study where the “bill of material” has been re-defined so as to obtain more accurate “material requirement planning”. The Radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology has been applied in our information system to improve. After the information has been applied in the production line, the results indicate that the inventory management of semi-manufactured products has been improved.
