本研究主要目的為創新設計出新型的電動輔助式下肢復健機,藉此協助復健師為病患進行復健,可以使肌肉退化無法自主作動之病患更方便的恢復肌耐力。復健機是幫助無法自主生活能力者,利用外部力量的輔助進行復健訓練,以達到恢復肌耐力讓生活更加方便的復健器材。 首先針對目前下肢復健機相關專利進行分析與探討,歸類出各專利之優點,設計時迴避專利的侵權,同時搜尋相關專業知識,做為訂定設計需求與限制條件的依據。接著利用創新設計方法來尋找合適之機構,並利用運動分析方法來探討與設計滿足需求之機構。最後利用馬達驅動控制,達到電動式輔具之需求,並加入安全裝置,讓整體機構更為穩定及方便。
The purpose of this thesis is to invent a new design of electrically assisted rehabilitation device for lower limb. Under the help of this device, the patients can recover the function of muscles and live more convenient. The rehabilitation device can help the people who can not live independently to achieve the restoration muscular endurance and make life more convenient. First, collect and analize the literature and patents of rehabilitation devices. After the analyzing the patents, their advantages and disadvantages are concluded. When design the new devices of electrically assisted rehabilitation device for lower limb, we must avoide the patent rights. The design requirements and design constraints of rehabilitation devices are identified for the invention of new design. Then, based on the methodology of creative design, new design concepts can synthesized. And, according to kinematic requirements, the dimensional synthesis of electrically assisted rehabilitation devices for lower limb are constructed completely. Finally, by adding the electric motor and its control system, the electrically assisted rehabilitation devices become more stable, convenient, and safe.
