桃園國際機場航空策略聯盟航廈分配之研究

摘要

桃園機場位於亞太地區樞紐所在關鍵位置，建設桃園機場成為航空樞紐機場，為未來規劃發展當務之急。
航空公司在樞紐機場全力加強資源整合無縫連接及精簡資產利用率，以增加營收及其市場競爭優勢，航廈聯盟協同分配已成為航空聯盟重大發展策略，進而影響到全球機場基礎設施的營運與規劃。
機場經由航廈聯盟協同分配，有效利用設施周轉率及改善現有設備容量不足之調度，延緩設備重大投資時間及提升旅客服務品質，故航廈聯盟協同分配亦為機場營運及長期發展重要考量因素。
本研究依據航空策略聯盟未來實際核心需求，以「報到櫃台服務品質」及「機坪使用效率提升」影響資源分配之量化指標，並考量未來規劃發展設施供給條件供需均衡之概念，進行航空策略聯盟協同航廈航務營運作業之分配研究，訂定航廈分配準則，研擬未來桃園機場航空策略聯盟航廈分配之建議方案。經由專家問卷調查分析，提供桃園機場未來第三航廈及衛星廊廳完成後，航廈分配之參考建議，以提高航空公司於桃園機場中轉率和拓展航線密度之機會，並增進桃園機場及航空公司之競爭力。

Taoyuan airport locate at the key position of the Asia Pacific region hub, constructing Taoyuan Airport as an aviation hub airport is the priority planning and development in the future.
Airlines through the effort to strengthen Seamless integration of resources and streamline asset utilization, have increased revenues and competitive advantage, alliance terminal co-location has become a major airline alliances’ Development Strategy, and to affect the operations and planning of the global airport infrastructure.
Via alliance terminal co-location, the airports increase efficiently the turnover rate of facilities and improve the inadequate capacity Dispatch of existing equipment, hence delay the investment of major device and enhance the quality of passenger service; therefore, alliance terminal co-location is important considerations for airport operations and long-term development.
This research was based on the actual future core demand for airline alliances, With the quantify index of allocation of resources, "check-in counter service quality" and "apron efficiency", and the concept of balancing supply and demand for the future planning and development of facilities, to advance the research on airline alliance terminal co-location, setting the terminal assignment criteria, elaborating future proposals of the airline alliance Terminal assignment at Taoyuan airport. Via expert survey analysis, providing reference recommendations of terminal assignment after Taoyuan airport terminal Ⅲ and satellite concourses have been completed, and to improve opportunity of the airline's expanding route density and transfer rate in Taoyuan airport, and to enhance the competitiveness of Taoyuan airport and the airlines
