本研究旨在討論教師提早退休決定因素與問題因應策略。本研究採用質性研究透過半結構性訪談方法進行資料蒐集,訪談八位在50歲至55歲辦理提早退休的教師,本研究結果因應研究目來陳述: 一、 教師提早退休決定因素:影響教師提早退休決定因素有「健康因素」、「工作因素」、「家庭因素」、「退休制度因素」及「退休規劃因素」五大項目。 二、 提早退休面對的問題:有「健康問題」、「心理情緒問題」、「社會適應問題」、「居家生活改變問題」與「選擇再就業的工作困境問題」。 三、 退休後問題的因應策略:分別為「個人因應方面」、「家庭因應方面」與「社會因應方面」。 四、 提早退休後視需要調整生活規劃,促進理想生活實踐。 五、 建立具體且可行的退休因應策略,豐厚退休生活。 最後,依研究發現對退休教師、準備退休教師、政府與未來研究者提出建議。
The study aims to discuss the decisive factors and strategies on the teachers who determined to retire ahead of the regular schedule. This study collected data by one of the qualitative research methods, semi-structured interviews. Eight retired teachers as the interviewees, aged between 50 and 55, retired ahead of the regular schedule. The findings based on the purpose of the study are as follows: Firstly, the decisive factors that influence teachers to retire ahead of the regular schedule are as follows: based on the results of the study, the decisive factors are about “health,”“job,””family,””the retirement system,” and “the plans of retired life.” Secondly, the problems that the retirees encountered: based on the findings of the study, we found “physical health problem,””mental health problem,””social adjustment problem,””family life problem,” and “reemployment problem.” Thirdly, the strategies tackling retirement problems: based on the study, are about individual, about family and about the society. Fourthly, retirees need to adjust their plans for retirement to realize their ideal lives. Fifthly, the study suggests that retirees formulate concrete and feasible strategies to enrich retired lives. Ultimately, the study offers proper suggestions, based on the findings, for the retired teachers, for the retired teachers-to-be, for the government, and for the future researchers.
