嘉義縣社區心理衛生志工服務學習歷程之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討嘉義縣社區心理衛生志工的服務學習歷,主要的研究目的包括:探討嘉義縣社區心理衛生志工服務學習的動機、不同學習形式的正向經驗、服務學習過程中遭遇的困境與因應及服務學習經驗對自我的成長及收穫。 為達成上述目的,本研究採用質性研究法,針對四位心理衛生志工,進行訪談、逐字稿的編碼、主題的分析與詮釋,獲得下列結論: 一、心理衛生志工初始與持續參與動機多元。 二、透過各種專業訓練、實戰服務經驗及自我導向的學習進修與學習後的反思,增進正向服務學習經驗。 三、心理衛生志工面對各種服務學習之困境,需自我努力及中心發揮協助功能,改善與提升自我心靈、改變自我及與他人的互動,並視為志工志業,亦引發家庭成員參與。 最後,針對上述結論整體建議如下: 一、志工仍應權衡家庭與服務之間,避免家庭紛爭。 二、志工對後期新進志工可給予協助及指導。 三、中心可鎖定有閒暇時間之中高齡族群,強化一般民眾參與心理衛生志工之動機,以招募更多有志之士加入心理衛生服務。 四、中心應將志工服務學習之正向經驗的進行傳承與分享。 五、中心對具專業化的心理衛生志工應經過一定的遴選制度,選出適任志工。 六、中心應對志工發揮必要的協助,落實志工隊自主管理。 七、中心應克服經費問題,盡可能兼顧訓練課程的質與量。 八、後續研究建議可擴大研究對象範圍,得以了解不同文化與背景志工的服務學習歷程。 九、後續研究建議可採縱貫式研究,以能深入了解志工改變歷程。 關鍵字:社區心理衛生志工、心理衛生

The aim of this study is to discuss a volunteers service-Learning In Chiayi County Community Mental Health Center. The main purpose of four points. to discussion motivation of a volunteers participation in Chiayi County Community Mental Health Center, effect learning in the form to learning experience, the frustration principle in the learning process , the effectlearning experience to harvesting growth experience for a volunteer in Chiayi County Community Mental Health Center. In order to achieve the above objectives, this study adopted qualitative research method to interview four a volunteer in Chiayi County Community Mental Health Center as to decoding with analysis interpretation the subject and concluded the following parts: 1. Mental health volunteers to participate in a variety of motives. 2. Volunteers give assistance and guidance to new entrants volunteers. 3. Volunteer services face difficulties learning, self-effort and the need to play a central assistance function, improve and enhance the self soul, alter ego and interact with others, and treated as Chi volunteers also lead to family members to participate. In the last, according to the inference above, the propositions for volunteers, the volunteer manipulative units and the researcher afterwards are as the following: 1.The balance between family and service, avoid family disputes. 2.Heart health volunteers to assist and guide for new volunteers . 3.For free time middle and high aged adultsstrengthen the general public to participate in the motivation of mental health volunteers to recruit more people with lofty ideals of mental health services. 4.Mental health volunteers heritage forward service learning experience. 5.Volunteers recruited subject to selection. 6.Mental Health Center to provide necessary assistance to volunteers and volunteer management team should be implemented. 7.Training courses to enhance the quality and quantity. 8.To enlarge the range of their study objects for the purpose to learn about different cultures and backgrounds volunteer service-learning course. 9.Longitudinal study in order to understand more the changing progress of the volunteer.
