影響使用者採用雲端服務之關鍵因素---以個人雲服務為例

隨著時代的進步，網路的蓬勃發展與無線上網速度的提升以及智慧行動裝置的普及，帶動了近幾年來雲端計算服務的掘起，雲端計算服務的使用者也從以企業或組織為主的雲端計算服務慢慢發展至個人應用的雲端計算服務，因此，個人應用的雲端服務也逐漸興起。本研究之目的在以個人雲服務為例，探討影響使用者採用雲端服務之關鍵因素。個人雲是指以使用者為中心，讓個人化的資料及服務可以讓個人自由選擇在任何時間、任何地方、用任何的設備去存取的雲端計算模式。本研究以整合型科技接受模式探討使用者採用個人雲服務的關鍵因素，研究中提出了6個可能影響使用者採用個人雲服務意願的因素，並以資訊安全、年齡、性別和經驗這四項為調節變數，研究發現除了價格這個因素對於使用者採用個人雲服務意願的影響不顯著之外，其餘隱私、績效期望、對付出的期望、社會影響和促成因素等這5個因素皆有正向的顯著影響，因此這5個因素皆可視為使用者採用個人雲服務的主要關鍵因素。

As internet and wireless networks becoming widely available, cloud computing services have grown to become a popular choice in recent years. Users of such services have spanned from organizations to individuals. This study identifies the key factors influencing individual user’s intention to adopt cloud computing services based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Six factors, namely price value, privacy, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitation conditions, were included as the predicting factors of the intention to adopt personal cloud computing services. Four variables, including information security, age, gender, and experience, were also included to examine their moderating effects. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 486 valid responses were collected. The analyses of the data revealed that, except price value, all the other 5 predicting factors had impacts on the intention of adopting personal cloud service. Age and gender had moderating effects on some of the above relations.
