This research carries on the for the correlation research of the electricity stimulation to the wound infection of Staphylococcus aureus. By changing the conditions of electricity stimulation, we can observe the effect on electric current to bacteriostasis of Staphylococcus aureus. This research use direct-current pulse. Using gives different electric current values and different electricity stimulation time carries on the electricity to make electricity stimulation bacteriostasis experiment in vitro. The experimental results demonstrated that, the magnitude of current is higher, bacteriostasis ability is better, may reduce 2-3 approximately exponential quantity of heterotrophic plate count. And the results of giving different electricity stimulation time demonstrated that, the time length of stimulation and the bacteriostasis effect has the relevance. But the heterotrophic plate count in this experiment has no decrease between electricity stimulation time 2 minutes and 30 minutes obviously.
