互動資訊品質對主管能力認知的影響--以關係密度為調節因子

論文摘要內容: 本研究旨在探討互動資訊品質與關係密度對主管能力認知的影響。本研究定義互動資訊品質包含了資訊正確性、完整性、即時性、一致性,乃希望可就部屬的角度,藉由平日部屬與主管之間資訊互動情形與關係密度,瞭解部屬與主管在實際互動過程中,是否會影響部屬對主管能力的認知,並以關係密度做為調節因子。本研究針對台灣財團法人等四個單位進行配額性抽樣調查,共220份有效問卷,本研究採變數差異分析、階層迴歸分析,加以驗證各互動資訊品質對關係密度之調節效果,以提供主管做為與部屬互動時的參考。 研究結果發現,(1) 互動資訊品質愈佳,對主管能力認知愈好。其中,在互動資訊品質的部分,部屬較為重視資訊完整性與資訊及時性的傳遞。(2) 互動資訊品質與關係密度對主管能力認知有顯著正向的影響。在關係密度的部分,部屬較重視與主管之間的相互信任與支持鼓勵。(3) 資訊完整性對於主管技術能力與溝通能力有顯著正向的影響,部屬與主管在資訊及時性與資訊一致性愈佳,對於主管概念能力認知也會愈肯定。(4) 關係密度對主管能力認知有正向的調節效果,當主管與部屬互動品質愈佳,在連繫頻率、情感互動、信任關係愈好時,部屬對主管的能力認知會呈現正向顯著。由此可知,若主管重視與部屬的互動資訊品質及關係密度,部屬即會認為主管有較良好的工作能力,進而對主管更有信心。因此,本研究在實務貢獻上,可做為企業主管與部屬互動資訊之方式參照,在學術上藉此提供互動資訊品質與主管領導效能研究之參考領域。

The research aims to investigate the impact of interactive information quality and relationship density toward manager ability. The definition of interactive information quality include correctness, complete, timeliness and consistency. In order to understand the perception of manager ability, we measure the interactive information quality and relationship density by the communicate process of the staff and manager. This research include 220 questionnaires were utilized for four foundation constituted as a juristic person. Through correlation analysis on the research variables, difference analysis between each variable and factor, and moderating effect of relationship density that were used to the reference for manager. The following conclusions are concluded in the research:(1) Interactive information quality significantly moderates the influence of the perception on manager ability, and the staff pay attention on correctness and timeliness more. (2) Interactive information quality and relationship density significantly moderates the influence of the perception on manager ability, and the staff pay attention on trust each and encourage. (3)The complete of interactive information quality significantly moderates the influence of the technology and communication on manager ability; timeliness and consistency of interactive information quality which higher means higher perception of manager ability. (4) Relationship density significantly moderates the influence of the perception on manager ability. It can be seen, the manager pay attention to the interactive information quality and relationship density, the perception on manager ability will be better. Therefore, the contribution of practice can be used to be the model of interactive information quality in the company.
