本研究旨在以台糖公司之學生宿舍為例,並以其租戶為受訪對象,探討住宿環境品質與住宿服務品質對住宿滿意度及再宿意願之影響關係。本研究藉由變異數分析與獨立樣本t檢定分析探討學生宿舍租戶之人口背景特性在住宿環境品質、住宿服務品質、住宿滿意度及再宿意願看法上之差異性;此外,進一步運用路徑分析探討台糖公司學生宿舍之住宿環境品質、住宿服務品質對住宿滿意度,以及住宿滿意度對再宿意願之影響關係。 研究結果顯示,學生宿舍租戶在住宿環境品質、住宿服務品質、住宿滿意度及再宿意願的看法上,會因為其是否住宿過其他宿舍、年齡、住宿空間型態及租賃訊息來源的不同而有不同的認知。另外,在住宿環境品質、住宿服務品質、住宿滿意度及再宿意願之影響關係方面,住宿環境品質、住宿服務品質對住宿滿意度具有直接響關係,並且,住宿滿 意度對再宿意願也具有直接影響關係,此外,住宿環境品質及住宿服務品質可透過住宿滿意度影響再宿意願;其中,又以住宿滿意度影響再宿意願之影響效果最大。最後根據本研究結果進一步提出可能的管理意涵及具體可行的建議供台糖公司學生宿舍經營管理上之參考。
The purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship among the dormitory environmental quality, the dormitory service quality and the dormitory satisfaction, and the influence of revisit intention, which interviews the tenants staying in the dorm of Taiwan Sugar Corporation. The difference is distinguished through ANOVA analysis and t-test analysis to tell the specialty of the tenants’ background when it comes to the dormitory environmental quality, the dormitory service quality and the dormitory satisfaction, and the influence of revisit intention. In addition, the way of path analysis is utilized to realize the relation of influence of the dormitory environmental quality, the dormitory service quality and the dormitory satisfaction, and the influence of revisit intention. In accordance with the result shown by the study, the tenants will have different cognitions depending on the tenants’ age, space pattern of staying, the resource of lease in view of the dormitory environmental quality, the dormitory service quality and the dormitory satisfaction, and the influence of revisit intention. Moreover, speaking of the dormitory environmental quality, the dormitory service quality and the dormitory satisfaction, and the influence of revisit intention, they have direct relationships among one another. Besides, the dormitory satisfaction has the immediate effect to the willing of revisit intention. Last but not the least, the willing of revisit intention is affected by the dormitory satisfaction through the dormitory environmental quality and dormitory service quality. Of all, the greatest effect is the relation between the dormitory satisfaction and revisit intention. According to the result of the study, the possible managerial method and constructive suggestion might be offered to the tenants of Taiwan Sugar Corporation as a reference.
