本研究在探討金融從業人員之工作壓力與工作活力之關係並探討主管支持對工作壓力與工作活力之干擾。本研究經由文獻探討所得之理論架構發展出相關問卷,以金融從業人員為研究對象,以立意抽樣法(purposive sampling)調查,共計發放300份問卷;有效問卷的回收率為74.0%。統計方法採用敘述性統計、因素分析、Cronbach α分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等方法,來進行統計分析。 本研究發現如下: 1金融從業人員的工作壓力與工作活力之間有部份顯著相關。 2金融從業人員的主管支持對工作壓力與工作活力之間具有顯著干擾效果。 本研究依據實證研究的結果,建議組織應建立「工作壓力管理」的制度,並加強管理階層主管支持的意識,期能提供各界在管理上的參考。
The job vigor for financial staffs and the interference of supervisor support for the job stress and the job vigor. This research developed the related questionnaire through the theory structure from the records. It was investigated by purposive sampling with the financial staffs as the objects. During the investigation, 300 questionnaires had been sent out in all, and 74.0% of the questionnaires had been collected as effective ones. The statistic and analysis were progressed by mothods as descriptive statistic, factor analysis, Cronbach α analysis, Pearson relation and multiple regression analysis, etc. The results of this research are as follows. 1. There is a partial significant corelation between the job stress and the job vigor for financial staffs. 2. The supervisor support has significant effect of interference between the job stress and the job vigor for financial staffs. According to the results of the empirical research, this research brings some advices that organizations ought to establish the system of “job stress management” and enhance the conscious of management class for the supervisor support which are expected to provide financial firms some reference resources in management.
