台灣南部私立大專院校臉書粉絲專頁溝通效果之研究

A study of communication effects on Taiwan southern private college and university Facebook fan pages

摘要


在台灣,臉書(Facebook)變成網路使用者聯繫他人的工具,許多組織越來越仰賴臉書粉絲專頁做為維繫溝通的重要管道之一,然而組織是否發揮其溝通效果,尤其是性質和非營利機構大不相同的私立大專院校,故本研究以內容分析法分析南部(嘉義、台南、高雄、屏東縣市)私立大專院校臉書粉絲專頁,觀察管理者如何使用溝通策略,採用Kent與Taylor(1998)的對話式溝通為架構,並將臉書粉絲專頁的特性納入考量後修改,粉絲參與行為從常見的按讚數、分享數、留言數,加入Ginossar(2008)線上社群參與討論指標。 結果顯示,南部私立大專院校臉書粉絲專頁偏好使用校務活動的資訊實用性,留住訪客和鼓勵參與較低,粉絲參與行為則以鼓勵參與最為熱烈。研究顯示,資訊透明化、有趣的內容和趨勢、粉絲參與的溝通策略能吸引粉絲關注,而不同粉絲人數規模的學校重視的皆不相同,高人氣重視實用資訊的傳播,粉絲參與程度較高,相較之下,中、低人氣的學校重視媒體曝光、粉絲參與程度較低,管理者應善用鼓勵參與,掌握發文頻率和趨勢。

The results show that private universities in southern Facebook fan page prefer to use the information practicability school activities to keep visitors and encourage participation lower their fans to participate in acts of places to encourage participation in the most enthusiastic. Studies have shown, information transparency, interesting content and trends in communication strategies to attract fans to participate in the attention, and the number of fans of different size schools valued differently, so pay attention to the high popularity of the spread of useful information, the higher the degree of participation of the fans, in contrast, the low popularity of the school emphasis on media exposure, the lower the degree of involvement of fans, managers should take advantage of encouraging participation, issued a master frequency and trends.
