使用羅吉斯迴歸研究壽期成本對海軍裝備構型研改之分析-以海軍造水機為例

摘要


我國因國情因素,特殊的外交、政治及經濟背景,國防武力的獲得極為不易,如何使用有限預算來維持軍艦戰力成為重要軍事議題,因載台主體採購不易,利用裝備構改來維持裝備戰力為海軍常用方法之一,本研究即以海軍某軍艦淡水機為例,參照全壽期成本,針對「造水量」、「維修成本」、「操作人員需求」、「妥善率」、「使用年限」、「年度耗件成本」等影響因素為自變數,「構改」為自變數,應用羅吉斯迴歸來分析海軍未來構改主要因素,分析結果為「造水量」影響「構改」最為顯著,因此如造水量低於需求量,即應考慮執行構改。

Because of our national conditions, special diplomatic, political and economic background, the acquisition of military force is very difficult. How to use the limited budget to maintain the warship force has become an important military issue. As an example, as an example, according to the cost of the whole life period, the factors such as "water quantity", "maintenance cost", "operator demand", "proper rate", "service life", "annual consumption cost" are the independent variables, and "construction and reform" are the independent variables. The result of analysis is that the "water production" affects the "structural change" most significantly, so if the water demand is lower than the demand, then the implementation of structural modification should be considered.
