綠建材及室內空氣品質之研究

摘要

營建工程所建設的建築物及公共構造物等，應以維護民眾生命的健康為首要，但在現今的建築環境中，卻潛藏著危及居民健康的污染源，要改善這些污染源，應該從提倡健康的建築材料著手才是根本之道。本研究收集國內外相關文獻加以分析探討外，並運用攜帶型檢測儀器檢測環境中甲醛、揮發性有機化合物、二氧化碳、瓦斯等可能危害人體的污染源；另外並做傳統建材與綠建材之價格比較分析。結果發現室內環境中有許多的污染超出上限建議值，且大部份已取得綠建材標章之建築材料比較一般傳統建材昂貴。本研究成果可提供建築規劃、營建工程作為綠色健康建築評估時之參考。

Buildings and infrastructures made by construction engineering should protect people’s health. However, the major pollution sources that attack people’s health generally hide everywhere around us in our life. To prevent these sources making damage, the most effective way is to promote healthy construction materials. This study collected and analyzed the related references in our country and other countries. measuring concentration of pollution that may hurt the human body like formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, carbon dioxide, methane, etc is carried out by the portable testing equipment. Besides, we also compare the prices of traditional building materials and green building materials. The results show that those pollutions in indoor environment exceed recommended limits. Most of certified green building materials are more expensive than traditional materials. The results can provide architectural planning and construction engineering as a reference for evaluation of green and healthy building.
