施加環境音樂下系統模板組裝作業之心理負荷研究

摘要


本研究針對背景音樂來研究勞工進行作業時在心理負荷上的影響,同時對作業完成的速度及完整度和正確性做探討,以了解不同的環境下對進行作業帶來的差別現象。在實驗過程中除了無音樂環境、一般現地常見的播放廣播環境之外,還加入了對各個受測者主觀喜好的音樂來進行探討。 本研究共收集14位受測者之實驗數據,每位受測者將不連續在三種不同環境下執行受過訓練的模擬系統模板組搭實驗。實驗過程中收集受測者鼻頭溫度的變化做為客觀的心理負荷參考,在實驗完成後填寫NASA-TLX主觀自我評量問卷得到主觀心理負荷參考,加上對完成的作業進行完成時間及完成度的評分,最後透過給受測者填寫的作業完成後問卷,將已收集到的實驗結果針對每位受測者個人的喜好環境做區分並分群分析。 實驗結果證實受測者在無音樂的環境下作業之心理負荷普遍較有音樂環境下作業之心理負荷來的大,但是作業完成的速度及作業完成的正確性都相較有環境音樂的環境來的佳。透過問卷及研究數據亦可得知,受測者在自己較喜歡的環境下作業時,其作業完成的時間及正確性也相較其他兩種環境為佳,心理負荷也較小。

The study aims to analyze the psychological impact on labor working in three different background music environments, i.e., music-free, ambient music and favorite-music. The study collected experiment data from 14 respondents with each respondent executing the system template assembling experiment. Each participant was trained prior to assemble the system template. The changes in nose temperature of the respondents were collected throughout the experiment and used as the reference for objective mental workload. The respondents filled out the NASA-TLX subjective self-evaluation questionnaire after completing the experiment to yield reference for the subjective mental workload. Together with the completion time and completion scores given to the work completed, the collected experiment results were clustered and analyzed based on the individual environment of each respondent’s preference. The experiment results show that respondents tend to have greater mental workload when working under the music-free environment than working under environment with favorite-music. However, the work completion speed and accuracy perform better than the environment with ambient music. The results of questionnaire also support that the respondents tend to complete faster and more accurately compared to the other two environments with relatively smaller mental workload, when working under their preferred environment.
