教育部積極推動「技職教育再造方案」,期望校外實習能有效縮短產學落差,惟學生參與實習時可能面臨各種問題與困難,除仰賴實習單位與學校的輔導機制外,參與實習應該具備自行解決問題的能力,藉以幫助自己達成實習工作內容之完成及提升實習成效。本研究主要目的是在探討學生參與自願性選修之實習課程的動機,及實習過程中遭遇到的學習困難,另以自我學習調整策略為架構,探討學生面對困難的因應之道。 本研究採質性研究方式,深度訪談14位曾參與校外實習選修課程之會計系學生,結果發現受訪者參與實習動機,主要在於想提早熟悉職場的生態環境與工作內容;曾遇到的實習問題,則以無法學習到更多專業知識與技能,以及營業稅申報、系統操作與人際溝通等問題;而採取的自我調整學習策略,在職涯發展及人際關係方面遇到實習問題時,通常會使用行動控制策略中的意志力、情緒及環境控制策略等因應之道,專業知識與技能方面則較常採用訊息處理策略中的尋求協助及複誦策略,藉以幫助自己完成工作內容、人際問題的解決,以及順利完成實習課程。
In recent years, the Ministry of Education actively promote "Technical and Vocational Education and Reengineering Program", and attempted to shorten the gap between academia, For this reason, the internship course was incorporated into the formal curriculum planning in many universities recently. In this study, survey data(N=14) were collected from accounting departments of university, adopt qualitative research methods to obtain the necessary information by in-depth interviews, and then explore the learning problems and difficulties encountered by their participation in off-campus internships, and the use of what self-regulated learning strategies to solve the problem.
