本研究旨主要在探討台中市幼稚園家長其幼兒性好奇、家庭實施性教育現況、性教育實施困難及親職性教育需求等四個概況,並分析背景變項差異情形與相關因素。 本研究採用問卷調查法及訪談調查法,進行台中市幼稚園家長問卷資料及訪談資料的蒐集,共發出520份問卷,回收有效問卷380份,可用率為73.1%,並進行描述性統計分析、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 相關分析及Scheffe’s 法等資料處理,另進行八位幼稚園家長實地訪談。 本研究結論如下: 一、台中市幼稚園家長其幼兒性好奇、家庭實施性教育現況、性教育實施困難及親職性教育需求等四個概況,整體得分偏向中等。 二、台中市幼稚園家長其家庭實施性教育現況,會因性別、教育程度、子女性別之不同有顯著差異。 三、台中市幼稚園家長其家庭實施性教育困難,會因教育程度不同有顯著差異。 四、台中市幼稚園家長其親職性教育需求會因性別、年齡、教育程度不同有顯著差異。 五、台中市幼稚園家長其幼兒性好奇與家庭實施性教育現況及幼兒性好奇、家庭實施性教育現況、實施困難與親職性教育需求之間呈現正相關。
The purpose of this study is to investigate sex curiosity of kindergarten children, the current status of the implementation of family sex education, difficulties from implementing sex education, and parenting sex education needs these four conditions by surveying parents of children attending kindergartens in Taichung. Background variable variations and correlation factors were analyzed, too. This study adopted questionnaire survey and interview survey to collect data from parents of children attending kindergarten in Taichung. A total of 520 questionnaires were distributed and 380questionnaires were returned and valid (73.1% availability). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and Scheffe’s test. For the interview, eight parents of kindergarten children were interviewed in person. Results of this study are presented as follows: 1. Parents of children attending kindergartens in Taichung attained a medium-level overall score on children’s sex curiosity, the current status of the implementation of family sex education, difficulties from implementing sex education and parenting sex education needs . 2. The current status of the implementation of family education by parents of children attending kindergartens in Taichung varied by gender of the parent, education level and gender of the children. 3. Difficulties encountered from implementing sex education by parents of children attending kindergartens in Taichung varied by education level. 4. Parenting sex education needs of parents of children attending kindergartens in Taichung varied by gender of the parent, age and education level. 5. Positive correlations were found between children’s sex curiosity and the status of the implementation of family sex education as well as between difficulties encountered from implementing sex education and parenting sex education needs.
