探討教師對於數位教材製作工具的需求滿足程度-以懿文德(e-world)為例

摘要


資訊科技日新月異,教育領域上的科技應用也隨之發展迅速,「資訊科技融入教學」因而成為政府積極推動的教育政策。本研究設定教師為製作數位教材的對象,而在製作數位教材前,對工具的選用就非常重要。市面上許多不同類型的數位教材製作工具,教師對於不同類型的工具功能可能都有需求,若能了解教師分散於不同工具的需求,並將需求進行整合,則可使教師更容易集中使用數位教材製作工具。 本研究以一整合不同工具類型之電子白板軟體-「懿文德」作為本研究之個案工具,將整合不同需求之懿文德功能以問卷方式進行滿意度、使用頻率之調查,以瞭解教師對懿文德功能之需求滿足程度。研究結果顯示,教師對於多元呈現教材、儲存及管理教材功能、橡皮擦功能的需求滿足程度較佳,而需求滿足程度不佳則有設備環境、未考量教師使用習慣、功能延伸不足、不同課程需求等之限制。最後,本研究針對研究結果提出一些建議以提供廠商做為系統改善與推廣之參考。

Due to the growth of Information technology (IT), the applications of IT in education are also developing rapidly. “Information technology integration into instruction” thus becomes a primary promoting education policy of Government. In this study, teachers were considered the one who produced authoring digital teaching material. Therefore, how to select the digital tool to help them increase the effectiveness of teaching material produce is a vital topic. Although there are many different types of teaching content authoring tools, the functions that teachers need for producing digital teaching material may be designed in various tools. It means that teachers have to learn a lot of tools to finish the produce of a digital teaching material. If a digital teaching material authoring tool can be designed based on teachers' demands, all teachers needs will be integrated and satisfied. In this study, we use case study method to conduct our research to understand how teachers demands can be fulfill by using a tool that was developed by integrating teachers demands for producing digital teaching material: Whiteboard Software “e-world”. Moreover, this study used “satisfaction” and “frequency of use" to measure the satisfaction level of teachers’ demands for using teaching content authoring tools. The results showed that teachers were more satisfied with those functions: demand for multiple presentation materials, materials storage and management, and eraser. However, some functions, such as device environment, functional extension of insufficient, and different for courses demand a limit did not support teachers’ demands. Finally, this study provided several suggestions to vendors to improve the designs of teaching content authoring tools.
