本研究旨在探索臺灣地區社工員替代性創傷傾向的相關因素及建構適於測量社工員替代性創傷之量表。透過調查研究,以縣市政府及聯合勸募補助單位之社工員為對象,回收237份問卷,234份有效問卷,經統計分析後得到以下研究發現: 一、根據文獻內涵及104名實務工作者預試資料發展社工員替代性創傷量表。 二、社工員替代性創傷情況偏低。 三、家人支持程度對社工員替代性創傷程度最具影響力。 四、影響社工員替代性創傷因素,個人層面為:性別、年齡、自我照顧策略、社會支持;機構及工作層面為:服務對象、服務單位、聘用狀態、工作環境友善程度、薪資。個人層面與機構及工作層面影響程度相當。 最後,根據上述研究發現,研究者針對為機構、社工員個人與專業教育養成單位等三大面向提出相關之建議。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevant factors of the social workers’ vicarious traumatization in Taiwan and to design a scale to measure the degree of social workers’ vicarious traumatization. Through research, there are 237 questionnaires been recycled, and 234 questionnaires are valid. After the statistical analysis, the research findings are as follows. 1. Social Workers’ Vicarious Traumatization Scale is developed based on the literature review and the collective data of 104 pre-test subjects. 2. The Social workers’ vicarious traumatization is below average. 3. The degree of family support is the most influential factor to social workers’ Vicarious Traumatization. 4. The factors which affects social workers’ vicarious traumatization are developed into two dimensions: (1) personal and (2) organizational and working dimensions. In the personal dimension, the related factors are gender, age, self-care strategies, and social support. In the organizational and working dimension, the related factors are clients, service units, employing state, friendliness of the working environment, and salary. In the end, based on the research findings, the author makes suggestions especially in the following three areas: organizations, social workers, and professional education units.
