摘要


封裝玻璃應用廣泛,例如電子元件封裝、固態燃料電池封裝。 不同操作溫度下,對玻璃造成的影響也會不同。若玻璃產生結晶,會有熱膨脹係數不匹配的問題,而影響SOFC元件品質。 本研究以G18 (35BaO-15CaO-5Al2O3-10B2O3-35SiO2 (mol%))玻璃為主要成份,有兩個系列。系列一,改變B2O3含量。系列二,添加其它氧化物(TiO2和ZrO2或P2O5)。藉由兩種方式,改善玻璃熱性質與結晶行為。本實驗利用DTA、TMA得到玻璃的熱性質。利用XRD分析,進行縱深分析,可知結晶相分布。利用SEM觀察玻璃的成核效果。由實驗結果得知,添加B2O3含量7和13 mol% 的玻璃成分有成核處理效果。但添加B2O3含量7 mol%的玻璃成分熱膨脹係數不佳。系列一以添加B2O3含量13 mol%的玻璃成分成核處理效果最佳。系列二都有成核處理效果。以添加3 mol% P2O5有最佳的成核處理效果。在系列一和系列二中,以添加3 mol% P2O5有良好的熱性質和成核效果。

The sealing glass is used widely, such as electronic components sealing and solid oxide fuel cell sealing. At different operating temperatures, the effect of the glass are different. If the glass has the crystallization, it has the problem of mismatch thermal-expansion coefficient to affect the quality of SOFC components. There are two glass series in this thesis. The main glass composition are G18 (35BaO-15CaO-5Al2O3-10B2O3-35SiO2 (mol%)) glass. Series 1 change the content of B2O3. Series 2 add the other oxides (TiO2, ZrO2 or P2O5). The thermal properties and crystal behaviors of the glasses can be improved by two ways. In this study, the thermal properties of the glass can be measured by DTA and TMA。The crystalline phase distribution is analyzed by the depth-profile of X-ray diffraction. The effect of the nucleation of the glasses is observed by SEM. The results indicate that, the glass of adding the content of B2O3 7 and 13 mol% have nucleation treatment effect. But the glass of adding the content of B2O3 7 mol%,has weak thermal-expansion coefficient. The glass of adding the content of B2O3 13 mol%, has the best nucleation treatment effect in series 1. The glasses of the series2 have nucleation treatment effect. The glass of adding the content of P2O5 3 mol%, has the best nucleation treatment effect. In series 1 and series 2, the glass of adding the content of P2O5 3 mol%, have better thermal properties and nucleation treatment effect.
