國民小學教師專業發展與教師關注之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中縣國民小學教師專業發展與教師關注之現況與關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中縣公立國民小學教師為研究對象。以抽樣方式進行問卷調查,有效樣本計有507份,研究工具為研究者自編之「國民小學教師專業發展與教師關注問卷」,根據研究發現,所得的結論如下: 一、國民小學教師對專業發展期望與踐行現況屬於中上程度,以「班級經營輔導知能」層面表現最佳,「教育管理領導知能」層面表現最低。 二、國民小學教師在專業發展的期望與踐行之間有顯著差異,以「教學新知發展知能」層面差異最大,「生活實用智慧知能」層面差異最小。 三、國民小學教師對教師關注各構面關注屬於中上程度,以「學生學習關注」層面最為關注,「教學環境關注」層面關注最低。 四、國民小學教師因學歷、擔任職務的不同,而在教師專業發展整體上有顯著差異。 五、國民小學教師因學歷、擔任職務的不同,而在教師關注整體上有顯著差異。 六、國民小學教師專業發展與教師關注呈現高度正相關 七、國民小學教師關注對教師專業發展有高度之預測力,以「教學效能關注」對教師專業發展整體最具解釋力

Abstract The main purpose of this study was to explore the existing conditions of and the relationship between, teachers’ professional development and teachers’ concerns in Taichung County elementary schools. Questionnaire survey was applied. This study adopted the sampling method of the questionnaire, there were 507 valid samples. The research tool was the “Elementary school teachers’ professional development and teachers’ concerns questionnaire” made by the researcher. The research results were as follows: 1. The teachers’ expectation and practice of professional development in elementary school was above average, and among all, the teachers’ knowledge of classroom management and counseling had the best performance, but it was poor in the teachers’ knowledge of education management and leadership. 2. There was a significant difference in teachers’ professional development between teachers’ expectation and practice, and among all, the knowledge of development in latest teaching information had the most variation. However, the knowledge of livelihood application had the least variation. 3. The teachers’ concerns in every aspects of teachers’ concerns in elementary school was above average, and among all, the concerns of student learning had the best performance, but it was poor in the concerns of teaching environment. 4. There were significant difference in teachers’ professional development according to educational backgrounds and the duties assigned. 5. There’s significant difference in teachers’ concerns according to educational backgrounds and the duties assigned. 6. There was high positive correlation between teachers’ professional development and teachers’ concerns in elementary school teachers 7. The teachers’ concerns could be used effectively to predict the teachers’ professional development,and among all, the concerns of teaching effectiveness was a strong explanation of the teachers’ professional development.
