國民小學教師情緒勞務與工作滿意度之研究-以臺中市國民小學為例

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民小學教師情緒勞務及工作滿意度的關係,並分析不同個人背景變項在情緒勞務及工作滿意度的差異情形。最後,探討情緒勞務、工作滿意度的相關和預測作用。本研究以臺中市國民小學教師為對象,以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。所蒐集的資料分別以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行資料的分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、國民小學教師情緒勞務與工作滿意度之現況為中高程度,在情緒勞務各層面得分最高為基本的情緒表達;在教師工作滿意度各層面得分最高為人際關係層面。 二、國民小學教師因年齡、服務年資、教育背景、婚姻關係、職務的不同,而在教師情緒勞務上有顯著的差異。 三、國民小學教師因性別、年齡、服務年資、教育背景、婚姻關係、職務及學校規模的不同,在教師工作滿意度上有顯著的差異 四、整體教師情緒勞務與整體教師工作滿意度之間有顯著的正相關。 五、教師情緒勞務對於教師工作滿意度具有預測力。

Abstract The study was aimed at exploring the correlation between teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. It focused on: 1. Investigating the current state of teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. 2. Studying the connections among teachers’ background variables, teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. 3. An analysis of the interrelation and prediction between teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. Methods adopted in this research were conducted through the questionnaire and the analytic approach of documents. The samples were 463 teachers selected from elementary schools in Taichung City. The collected data were analyzed for the hypothesis test through descriptive statistics, the t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. A brief summary of the data analysis outcome was as followings: 1.The current situation of Elementary School teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction was above average. Among them, the dimension of basic emotional express and the dimension of interpersonal relationship got the highest scores. 2.The teachers’ emotional labor varied significantly from different age , seniority, academic achievements, marital relationship and positions. 3. The teachers’ job satisfaction varied significantly from different gender,age, seniority, academic achievements, marital relationship, positions and the scale of the school. 4.A positive correlation was observed between elementary school teachers’ emotional labor and job satisfaction . 5. Job satisfaction was also predicted by teachers’ emotional labor of elementary schools.
