糖尿病是複雜的慢性病,患者必須持續接受治療,配合良好的自我照顧,方可預防或延緩併發症發生。本研究旨在了解糖尿病衛生教育以生活技能介入,探究於提升糖尿病患者對糖尿病飲食的知識、態度及行為之成效。本研究採類實驗研究,以中部某醫學中心門診第二型糖尿病患者為研究對象,採立意取樣方式共收得實驗組32人、對照組41人;實驗組接受「生活技能導入衛生教育方案」教學介入,對照組則接受門診例行性照護,以問卷收集研究對象資料;結果顯示藉由生活技能導向糖尿病衛生教育介入方案,能有效提昇實驗組糖尿病患者的飲食知識、態度及行為。期望以此為基礎可推廣運用於各糖尿病病人及提供糖尿病衛教師未來工作模式之參考。
Diabetes is a complex chronic disease, patients must continue to receive treatment, with good self-care, before they can prevent or delay complications. This study aims to understand the diabetes health education to life skills intervention, explore on improving diabetes diabetic diet knowledge, attitude and behavior of. This quasi-experimental research to a medical center outpatient study in patients with type II diabetes target, purposive sampling of the experimental group 32, control group 41; experimental group received the "life skills into health education programs" teaching intervention, control group received routine outpatient care, study questionnaire to collect information; results show that diabetes by life-skills-oriented health education intervention program can effectively improve the experimental group diabetes diet knowledge, attitude and behavior. Expectations as the basis of all diabetic patients can be used to promote and provide diabetes educators reference model for future work.
