摘要 隨著社會型態及家庭結構的急劇轉變,現今在台灣社會裏,老年人口以很快的速度增加,因此,順應社會發展趨勢及老人實際需求,老人安養、養護及長期照護服務措施及機構,因而產生。然而,目前在台灣的大部分老人照護機構為了因應這樣的大量急需而成立,因此在成立時,並無完善規劃,大多存在一些管理上的問題。 而本研究目標主要著重在利用無線射頻辨識技術(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID) 一種非接觸式的自動識別技術,來加強老人照護中的部分管理面,使老人可以更緊密的受到照顧,並方便管理者做管理。本論文的研究方法就是提出行動日誌(Daily Log,DL)這樣的新機制,來專注在老人安養照護流程改造,DL機制簡單來說,就是於老人安養機構內,在特定的幾個點配置固定的辨識器,並將標籤置於老人身上,再藉由辨識器讀取老人身上標籤的訊號藉此判斷其所在區域,再配合把辨識器裝設在復健器材上,如此一來便可記錄老人一天的活動記錄。這可以用來改善兩個問題,一是因做到老人行動的即時追蹤管理減少了安全上的漏洞,另外一個就是原本老人做完復健活動後的記錄不再需要經由人力記錄,增加了效率。

Abstract With the drastic changes of our society and family structure, the ratio rate of the elderly population in Taiwan is increasing rapidly. Therefore, to meet the development trend of the society and the actual need of the elderly, we need all kinds of long-term Health-Care policies and facilities such as elderly home, elderly care center, and etc... However many facilities were built very in a hurry to meet the demand. And therefore there comes another problem. Many managers built their facilities without having a fully thoughtful plan to manage their own facilities. Therefore, these facilities now still exists many management issues. Our research focuses on using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to reinforce the management of the elderly Health-Care, and the purpose of the research is to make the managers more convenient to control the whole process flow in the facilities. We proposed a mechanism called DL (Daily Log) to improve the efficiency of whole process. In one word, we created a RFID system to keep track of the movements and the rehabilitation activities of the elderly. For example, we set up some RFID readers on several fixed spots in the facility, and then we put RFID tags on the elderly. When a tag is near the field of a certain reader, the reader will receive a message from the tag. And then the reader will send the message back to the central server. We use this model to finish two applications. The first is to know the locations of all people in the facility. The other is to record the rehabilitation activities automatically by attaching the reader to the rehabilitation equipment. The mechanism can improve two aspects in managing the facilities. First, the location of the elderly can be tracked. This way the elderly activities can be timely tracked and therefore reduce the safety hole. Second, the mechanism increases the management efficiency because the recovery activity flow can be recorded automatically.
