病患衛教導入服務創新對患者遵醫囑行為之探討

摘要


本研究在探討門診患者的衛教與其遵醫囑行為的相關影響因素。採立意抽樣方式自中部一家醫學中心與三家區域醫院風濕免疫科門診病患共252人,使用結構式問卷方式收集相關資料。參加衛教服務創新方案患者予以衛教服務創新,未參加衛教服務創新方案之患者,施予常規性之衛教,在六個月後執行問卷調查。所使用的統計方法含平均數、標準差及 simple regression等。結果發現衛教有或無服務創新,對於健康信念都達正向顯著水準;對於飲食、運動與回診遵醫囑行為,衛教有服務創新,有正向顯著水準,無服務創新則無顯著水準;對於服藥遵醫囑行為,衛教有服務創新,達正向顯著水準,無服務創新在用藥指導衛教有顯著水準,在保健與疾病衛教則無顯著水準;有服務創新患者中,類風濕關節炎患者在保健與疾病衛教對遵醫囑行為的影響達顯著水準。因此,建議臨床醫療人員可針對衛教的服務創新內容做改善,如此可提升病患遵醫囑行為,達到疾病治療的目標。

This research is probing into the patient health education and compliance relevant influence factors in allergy immumology rheumatology department of patient,.Research this sample take justment from one medical center and three regional hospitals out patient amount to 252 patients in middle Taiwan, use the questionnaire of the structural formula to collect the materials. Would like to participate in health education introduce service innovation, give service innovation education, have not participated in health education introduce service innovation, give general health education, and carry out questionnaire investigation after six months. The statistical method used includes average and standard deviation and simple regression,etc. The results of study is found: the education of health and disease and administration guide have service innovation or not, show difference to health belief ; The compliance of diet and exercise and going back, the education introduce service innovation, show the difference, have not been showing the difference without service innovation; The compliance of taking medicine, the health education introduce service innovation, show the difference, the health education without service innovation showing difference only the education of administration guide, the education of health and disease and has not been showing the difference; The arthritis rheumatoid patients at the education of health and disease for compliance influence is showing the difference. So propose clinical medical professional can to improve patient health education, improve patient compliance to reach the goal of disease treatment.
