摘要
頭痛是一個常見的症狀與疾病，反覆發作的頭痛影響病人日常生活甚劇。偏頭痛以 傷居多，尤以七情不舒而致肝氣失於疏泄，爲最重要的病因病機。本病例爲三十一歲女性自小學三年級發生車禍後偏頭痛間斷發作至今，近半年加重。就診前八個月第二胎生產，現仍哺乳中，但乳汁量少。診斷爲氣血虧虛兼以肝鬱氣滯，依証型給予科學中藥治療後改善頭痛等症狀。

Headache is a common symptom and disease which influences patient's life quality very much. Headache is usually caused by internal injury, like constrained liver qi without conveyance and dispersion when imbalance of seven emotions. This 31 years old woman had intermittent migraine attacks after car accident happened when she was 9 years old. Symptoms worsened in the past half year. 8 months prior to visiting TCM physician, she had 2nd childbirth and still breast-fed. She was diagnosed as dual deficiency in both qi and blood and liver stagnation. Headache subsided after Chinese herbs powder given.
