不同目標取向在飛鏢投擲之腦波活動比較

本研究目的欲探討在運動表現情境中,不同的目標取向者,在執行動作表現時,個人傾向上所採取的不同參照方式,是否會影響到外顯的行爲結果上,並在其內部訊息處理的曆程當中,是否也因不同的參照方式,而反映出不同的訊息處理模式。本研究以320位大專生測以目標取向量表與知覺能力量表,區分出工作取向組與自我取向組,並選取其中的低知覺能力者各10人,進行爲期至少兩個月的動作技能練習。最後以工作取向者10人與自我取向者8人,作爲本研究之實驗參與者,進行本研究之飛鏢投擲作業60次並收集其腦波資料。腦波資料以2×4×5(組別×時間視窗×大腦區域)混合設計之三因子變異數分析進行統計分析。研究結果發現:不同的目標取向者並未在飛鏢投擲成績的表現與內部訊息處理模式的大腦活動成分(α:8-12Hz、β1:13-20Hz與β2:21-30Hz)中顯現出差異情形,意謂個人傾向上的不同目標取向,在無其他競爭對手在場的閉鎖式運動情境中,對於個體的運動表現及其訊息處理模式並無顯著影響。此可能受到所面臨情境之狀態性目標取向的影響,以及受到本身動作技能未達純熟的自動化階段所致。

This study investigated whether groups with different goal orientation revealed differences on brain activities. Participants (320 college students) completed a questionnaire that assessed their goal orientation and perceived dart throw ability. Compared with group medians, ten of ego (high ego/low task) and task (high task/low ego) goal orientation with low perceived ability were selected for this study. Through the skill practices at least two months, EEG data of 8 ego and 10 task goal orientation dart throw players were obtained during real-time performance, and the attention mode was analyzed to assess viability of the automatic and control modes as an underlying mechanism to explain the relationship between attention and sport performance. The EEG recorded from 5 areas (frontal, central, parietal, occipital, temporal) was segmented into four, 0.5 second each, epochs of the last 2 seconds prior to the initiation of dart throw. Cleaned EEG epochs were subjected to FFT and log transformed. Three frequency bands: alpha (8~12Hz), beta1 (13~20Hz), and beta 2(21~30Hz) were extracted and the significance level was set as α<.05. Separate 2×4×5(group × time window × area) mixed designed ANOVAs were performed on each frequency band. Results showed there was no significance between groups on dart scores and 3 frequency bands. The finding in the current study showed that, despite goal orientation, both groups showed similar pattern in the behavior and the way that was characterized by an unstable temporal dynamics and a differentiated activation of brain area prior to the initiation of dart throw. It was suggested that this might result from the interaction between individual goal orientation and perceived goal state. Besides, the level of skill autonomization should be taken into account for current study.
