運用專家系統及田口法之磨削最佳化

Optimization of Grinding by Using Expert System and Taguchi Method

摘要


本文探討磨削的最佳化。事先在專家系統中建立磨削技術資料庫,最佳化開始於磨削條件的查詢。輸入工件狀況及完工的品質目標後,透過專家系統的推理,產出符合使用之磨削條件作為初始參數。在此階段資料庫只提供適合的磨削加工參數範圍。接下來,根據所要達成之完工目標以田口實驗法,得到磨削參數的最佳值。本文案例探討一矩形低碳鋼扁平片材的平磨,可控條件包括磨削進給深度、磨削深度、削銳深度及磨削液流量,其最佳化目標為最小表面粗糙度。

This paper studies the optimization of grinding. Database of grinding technology is established in expert system in advance. Optimization is started from queries of grinding conditions which is produced through inference of expert system after entering the work conditions and completion of quality target as the initial parameters. At this stage only the suitable ranges of grinding parameters can be provided. Next, using the Taguchi method on basis of the completion of quality target gets the best values of grinding parameters. This paper studies the case of a rectangular sheet of low carbon steel in surface grinding. The controllable parameters include grinding in-feed depth, grinding depth, redressing depth, and flow rate of grinding fluid, the objective is to optimize the minimum surface roughness.
