城市休閒乘用自行車車手把之人因工程評估

Ergonomic Evaluation of the Handlebars of City Bike

摘要


由於政府單位與民間團體的極力推廣,自行車已成爲最普遍且最符合環保的交通與休閒工具,爲了幫助使用者在眾多車種的情況下,選擇適當的休閒乘用自行車,因此本研究針對城市車搭配不同車手把進行評估設計。實驗採完全隨機集區設計,自變項包括車手把與受試者,受試者視爲集區,車手把包含平握型車手把、淑女型車手把、6度平握型車手把、12度平握型車手把、6度小摺型車手把以及12度小摺型車手把,共6種。實驗中收集並紀錄受試者的左/右手握力衰減值、第一次變換手腕姿勢的時間與變換手腕姿勢的次數、主觀施力知覺評比(RPE)以及手部各部位壓力程度評比等。研究結果顯示,左/右手握力衰減值以6度平握型車手把較大;12度小摺型車手把與淑女型車手把較小,兩者又以小摺型車手把比淑女型小。另外,大角度車手把的握力衰減值比小角度車手把小。第一次變換手腕姿勢時間與變換手腕姿勢的次數則以平握型車手把的時間較短且次數多。主觀施力知覺評比則以6度小摺型車手把爲最小爲佳,平握型車手把則爲最差。手部壓力程度評比以平握型車手把發生不舒適的百分比較高,6度小摺則較低。綜合結果顯示,平握型車手把設計不適用於以休閒乘用爲目的的騎乘。

It is well known that the bikes are the most environment-friendly transportation. The leisure activity, cycling, is prevalent in recent years in Taiwan. In the bicycle market, a variety of bikes can be selected by bikers. How do the bikers choice the suitable bike for recreation and short-term transportation in urban area? Therefore, the objectives of this study aims to evaluate the effect of the handlebar of a bike on the decrement in grip strength, time of the first of changing wrist posture, the number of changing wrist posture, RPEs and severity of discomfortable on hands, and to recommend the adequate bike based on the results of this study. A completely randomized block design is applied. The independent variables include subject (10 male Huafan University students) and type of handlebar (6 types of handlebar, handlebar of city bike, 6-degree handlebar of city bike, 12-degree handlebar of city bike, handlebar of ladies bike, 6-degree handlebar of folding bike, 12-degree handlebar of folding bike). A subject is regarded as block effect. Decrement in grip strength, time of the first change of wrist posture, the number of changing wrist posture, RPEs and severity of discomfort on hands are measured for every subject during the experimental trials. The results indicates that the 6-degree handlebar of city bike causes significantly greater decrement in grip strength at both hands than those of the 12-degree handlebar of folding bike and the handlebar of ladies bike. The 12- degree handlebar of folding bike has smallest decrement in grip force. The shortest time of the first change of wrist posture and the greatest number of changing wrist posture appear at the handlebar of city bike. The 6-degree handlebar of folding bike has the smallest RPE at each of nine parts of body. The greatest occurs at the handlebar of city bike. For the severity and prevalence of discomfort on hands, the handlebar of city bike result in most part of right/left hand with severer discomfort and greater percentage of subjects who claim hands discomfort. According to the results of this study, the 6-degree handlebar of folding bike is recommended for recreational biking, but the handlebar of city bike should be avoided.
