This paper is based on the three myths revealed in the Taiwanese rural development from past decades. The first is on whether agricultural development brought about a positive impact to the evolution of modern Taiwanese rural society or vice versa. The second is on the objective of agricultural development set for sustainable development of this generation or next. And the third is on the factors attributable to the complexity of rural social value system of life in Taiwan. This paper studies the emerge, booming and adjustment history of swine industry in Taiwan. Together with cultural perception, an agri-industry cultural analytical framework is constructed from natural, social and psychological environments. The interaction of industry, culture, society and human are studied. From the result of the study, some lessons have been derived accordingly. And, the study concluded a new cultural ways of thinking of Taiwanese swine industry. It includes re-linkage of biological chain of swine industry, re-build industrial culture of swine industry and re-call the neighboring concensusness of community of swine industry.
