兒童動作協調能力不良對運動友誼品質之影響

本研究旨在探討兒童身體動作協調能力不良(MD)與運動友誼品質間之現況與關係。本研究以417名國小四到六年級兒童為研究對象，第一階段使用「兒童動作評估量表測試工具(Movement ABC test)」篩檢出MD兒童，以「國小兒童運動友誼品質問卷」為施測工具進行問卷調查。有效樣本為397位（MD兒童203名，正常兒童194名）資料經積差相關、t-test及MANOVA等統計方法處理。結果分析發現：一、兒童身體動作協調能力之現況方面：9-10歲組的重度動作協調能力不足盛行率約為24%，11-12歲組的盛行率為30%。國內動作協調能力出現障礙的兒童愈來愈多，盛行率逐年攀高，且隨年齡增長轉趨嚴重，女生動作協調不良現象有高於男生的情況；二、兒童身體動作協調能力與運動友誼品質間之關係方面：兒童動作協調能力與運動友誼品質間均呈現顯著的負相關，表示動作協調能力障礙程度愈低，則運動友誼品質關係愈好；三、不同背景變項的兒童在運動友誼品質差異比較方面：就性別而言，對運動友誼品質上之互助關心層面，女生得分較高於男生；然而，衝突層面則男生得分較高於女生。就年級及年齡而言，在運動友誼品質上的互助關心及愉悅友伴層面較高年級及年齡有較好的表現。

This study explored the relationship of sport friendship for children with motor coordination disorders (MD). Besides, it compared the differences of sports friendship between children with and without MD. The 397 participants of this study were selected from four primary schools. The sample comprised 203 children with MD and 194 normal children aged 9-12 years old. The classification of the participants was based on the movement assessment battery for children's (M-ABC) tests. Second, the instrument measured the quality of sports friendship and peer relationship of subjects with ”Sports Friendship Questionnaire of Children”. The Pearson's correlation, t-test, and MANOVA were used for statistical analysis The results of this study were as follows. First, a twenty-four percent casualty rate for the 9-10 years group and thirty percent for the 11-12 group of children with heavy motor development disorders. It showed that the female children were higher than the male children in the symptoms of motor development disorders. Second, the quality of sports friendship was positively correlated. For the motor impaired, sports friendship was negatively correlated. Sports friendship in MD children was inferior to those without MD in ”Things in Common of Intimacy and Loyalty” of sports friendship. Third, on the aspect of ”take care each other” and ”keeping nice friendship” of sports friendship, the senior-grade and the elder children performed better.
