本研究旨在建構職業學校電機電子群專業及實習科目教師教學的指標系統,研究的進行首先藉由文獻分析及專家座談確定指標系統的無構,其次研究小組採用DACUM法,擬定指標系統各子範疇下的項目及子項目,從而編訂調查問卷,調查問卷並經專家會議討論修正後寄發,回收之間卷以百分比及卡方值考驗不同背景教師意見間的差異,並以平均值及標準差列出各項目之加權比例。研究的結果將教學指標系統架構分成教學準備、教學過程、教學成果、教師專業成長、教師品德修養五個子範疇,在教學準備子範疇部份獲得8項目;教學過程子範疇部份獲得8項目;在教學成呆子範疇獲得7項目;教師專業成長子範疇部份獲得4項目;教師品德修養子範疇部份獲得4項目。
The purpose of this study is to construct the indicator system of teaching quality for the teachers who teach professional and shop-practice courses in departments of Electric and Electronic (E&E) cluster in vocational senior high schools. Based on the literature and expert review, the conceptual scheme of indicator system is proposed. In addition, DACUM method, panel discussion, and questionnaire are applied to this study. Finally, the statistical method was used to derive each weight of items of teaching quality indicator system. The results show that there are eight items from instructional preparation sub-domain, eight items from instructional process sub-domain, seven items from instructional outcomes sub-domain, four items from teachers' professional growth sub-domain, and four items from teachers' ethics and discipline sub-domain.
