兒童體育課動機量表中文化與信效度檢驗

Validation of the Chinese Version in Children's Physical Education Motivation Scale

摘要


目的:將Pannekoek, Piek,和Hagger(2014)所發展出的Perceived Locus of Causality scale(C-PLOC)量表予以中文化,並檢驗其信效度。方法:本研究包含三個階段,階段一:將Children's PLOC(C-PLOC)量表15個題項經過回溯翻譯,以12位國小階段學生(年齡介於9-12歲)為施測對象。利用質性研究的方式訪談學生是否瞭解題意,經過小幅的修改,完成中文化兒童體育課動機量表。階段二:採取量化研究,研究參與者為9-12歲的兒童共329人。以探索性因素分析進行因素分析檢驗量表的建構。階段三:採取驗證性因素分析,研究參與者為9-12歲的兒童共370人,檢驗各向度及題項信度。以自我決定理論為基礎,以五個向度進行驗證性因素分析。結果:經驗證性因素分析,所有的指標達到適配。結論:結果顯示本量表所包括的5個分量表(內在動機、認知調節、內射調節、外在調節以及無動機)。初步確認中文化後的「兒童體育課動機量表」是一個15個題項,5個因素的結構。本研究除建立檢驗兒童體育課動機的基礎,也補足過去研究中未檢驗兒童體育課動機的不足。

Purpose: This study was to make a Chinese version of Children's motivation Scale developed from Perceived Locus of Causality scale (C-PLOC) of Pannekoek, Piek, and Hagger (2014) and to check its reliability and validity. Method: In this study included three steps of research. Step 1: Fifteen items in the Children's motivation scale were retranslated and 12 elementary schools students aged from 9 to 12 were testees. Moreover, qualitative research method was used to interview students to see if they can understand the items' meaning. After slight modification, Chinese version children's motivation scale for physical education class was hence completed. Step 2: Quantitative search was employed and students aged from 9 to 12 (N=329) were taken as research subjects. Exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the construction of the factor scale. Step 3: With confirmatory factor analysis, this study took children (N=370) aged from 9 to 12 as subjects to check dimensions and reliability of the items. Based on self- determination theory, this study made a verified factor analysis from five dimensions. Result: It showed that all indexes were suitable after verified factor analysis. Conclusion: This scale consists of 5 sub-scales (Intrinsic motivation, Identified regulation, Introjected regulation, External regulation and Amotivation). From the above findings, it reached a preliminary result that children's motivation scale for physical education class was a structure of 15 items and 5 factors. This study not only establishes the basis of children's perception of physical education class, but also improved the shortage of not checking children's motivation of physical education in the past researches.
