國民小學體育科教師甄選之體育專業科目試題分析

Analysis of the Subjects of Physical Education Subjects Selected by the Teachers of Physical Education in the National Primary School

摘要


目的:體育科教師甄選中涵蓋了教育專業知識以及體育專業科目,筆試考科內容涵蓋體育專業知識與能力才能讓學校甄選出理想的體育教師。本研究在分析歸納國小教師甄選體育科教甄試題,研究目的包括:一、了解國民小學體育科教師甄選試題各類別出題比例。二、以布魯姆(Bloom)修訂版教育目標分類容「認知歷程向度」(cognitive process dimension)與「知識向度」(knowledge dimension)分析國民小學體育科教師甄選試題命題分布狀況。三、探究臺灣五個直轄市101學年度至107學年度國民小學體育科教師甄選的命題趨勢。方法 :本研究採內容分析法,擇五個直轄市從101到107學年度國小教師甄選體育科筆試試題為範圍,以體育教師專業能力為基準,並經由布魯姆修訂版將教育目標分類進行分析。結果:國小體育科教甄試題取材有60.2%來自於「基礎體育學科知識」及「體育教學能力」,且試題類型以記憶向度佔58.67%及事實知識佔74.40%為主。結論:一、試題取材範圍以「基礎體育學科知識」及「體育教學能力」為主。二、試題認知歷程向度以記憶與理解層次為主。三、試題知識向度以事實知識為主。四、各直轄市命題趨勢雖略有差異,但整體方向頗為一致。

Purpose: The selection of physical education teachers covers education professional knowledge and physical education subjects. The content of written examinations covers physical education knowledge and abilities so that schools can select qualified physical education teachers. This research analyzes the selection test questions for elementary school physical education teachers. The purposes of the research include: 1. Figure out the proportion of each category in the selection test questions for physical education teachers in elementary schools. 2. Analyze the distribution of the selection examination questions for the physical education teachers of the national elementary schools which are classified into "cognitive process dimension" (cognitive process dimension) and "knowledge dimension" (knowledge dimension) based on Bloom's revised educational goal classification theory. 3. Illustrate the trends in the selection of physical education teachers in elementary schools in the five municipalities in Taiwan from the 101st to the 107th academic year. Methods: This study used content analysis method to analyze data which wasselected five municipalities from the 101 to 107 school year to select the physical education subject written test questions as the scope by reviewing the literature to sort out the necessary professional skills of physical education teachers to summarize ten themes, and combined the revised edition of Bloom to educate Target classification for analysis. Results: 60.2% of the selected examination questions for elementary school physical education come from "basic physical education knowledge" and "physical education ability", and the main types of examination questions are 58.67% of memory and 74.40% of factual knowledge. Conclusions: 1. The selection scope of physical education examination questions is mainly based on "basic physical education knowledge" and "physical education ability". 2. The cognitive process of physical education examination questions is mainly based on the level of memory and understanding. 3. The knowledge dimension of physical education examination questions is based on fact knowledge. 4. Although the trends of the municipalities are slightly different, the overall direction is quite consistent.
